I saw a few YouTube videos on these and I think I'm sold. Zero ohms don't lie. Msd wires were close but not better. Check them out on YouTube . What do you think? Anything that improves the likelihood of an old car starting seems worth it to me.
I also saw a video on nology spark plug wires. It was interesting but not a lot of detail and comparisons like with the Granatelli.

Interesting brigond.
Solid cores with low/no ohms resistance is not new, as he mentions. What is new is their "magic donut". Easy Jer, not that kind of donut. I'd be very interested to know how well that donut works in the real world. Personally, I would not trade radio interference (ignition noise in the radio) for a small increase in horsepower. I enjoy the stereo too much.
If you buy some of these, I'd love to hear your thoughts on radio noise with your current wires Vs. these.

I'm very likely going to buy them but I'm still checking other products. I'll let you know how it affects the radio. If the miracle donut is powdered or plain.
I never added a modern stereo in my classic cars. I listened to the original am only when I had my last car. I stepped up to am fm with my charger. The only thing ill do to this one is find out why my rear speaker is not working. Maybe even upgrade them.
Yes , ill check out the fire core too.

Turns out they don't have a kit for our cars. The person I spoke to said that they can make them for me. They will get back to me with a price.

Granatelli called me yesterday. He said there is a kit for a 71, 383 . He gave me a # 28-1577 s . He said that its not likely that venders will have it. Not a popular kit. I've noticed a lot of the tuner crowd talking about them. Anyway, I decided to purchase them. They have to make them up for me. A bit pricey,$112 to the front door. He says they have a lifetime guaranty (really?) Ok ,sounds good to me.
I asked him about the noise suppresing donut. He says ( with confidence) it completely takes out the noise.
He gave me a # and extention if anyone wants to ask questions directly. Jasper ,EX 23, 805-486-6644.
Of course, ill let you know what I think and if the donut works.

The wires have shipped . Granatelli sent a tracking #. They are coming from California. I'll test the resistance and let you know what I think overall.

Update . I had to pick up my wires at FedEx today. I missed the first attempt and figured it would be easier to just pick them up myself. Granatelli only sends them where a signature is required. The wires come in blue or green and maybe even black. I forgot to tell them I wanted green . They sent me their standard blue. Oh well. They came with electric grease and some wire holders with # stickers . I found it interesting that the noise suppressing donuts are movable. They can be slid the whole length of the wire . Here is a picture of the un boxing. youUpload.org/sbzln52 I'll post a wire test picture at a later time. Sent from my PC36100 using proboards
