Hello I have no idea what type of wing was on the trunk lid I picked up. Trunk lid spoiler holes on the top two holes from center of holes are 35 3/4" apart. Bottom two holes from center of holes are 35 1/2" apart. The top and bottom holes from center on same side are 1 3/4" apart. The holes are 5/8" in size. Does any one now which wing will fit.

If you go to the "Year One" web site there is the measurements for mounting a wing. Your measurements sound close. Underneath your trunk lid is the pads where the cut outs used to be. You can pretty much look at the pads and tell if the drilled holes are pretty much centered on the pads. I have a 74 and when I drilled the mounting holes they were centered on the pad area.

Thanks Bob Now I have a even bigger wishlist after checking out Year One. Sounds like the holes should be 36".

thats what is on my wish list....but my car needs more things done first to be brought up to above average condition to be worthy of the chin spoiler and Go-wing.

I got a new after market one from ebay for $78.30 US with shipping. Looks the same as the one in bob's picture. It just as primer on it and a small spot on the under side need a little sanding. Also didn't get any brackets to go under the deck lid. The holes look close we will see how it fits.

Also didn't get any brackets to go under the deck lid. The holes look close we will see how it fits. It should be a dull black and not shiny. As far as the under deck mounting brackets, there isn't any with that one. Here is a tip so you can tighten it up with out cruching you lid. The outside hole should be big enough for the studs to go through. Go to a hardware store and buy round plastic sleeves that are hollow about 2 inches long. These will be used to slide over the studs from the bottom of your deck lid. If they don't fit over the mounting studs, drill them out. The hole on the underside should be drilled so the sleeves can slid up over the studs. Once you know the distance from the outer skin to the inner skin, cut the sleeves to just fit inside the inner skinwithout protruding. Buy washers that will go over the studs to hold the plastic sleeves in place and cover the hole enough so they can be tightened. What this sleeve/spacer does is, it won't allow the 2 skins to squeeze together and cause a dip in you lid.
