wouldn't all big block motors with a car pan have the same tube? I think they do

I would think the same.... I have a 400, but it was a truck motor so I'm fairly certain that probably want help.... I'd also have to hunt for the pickup tube, but I got a pretty good idea of where it's at... I should have the old pickup tube from the 440 since I'm running a different pan now (more capacity)... Maybe it would fit? Not sure really, but then again I don't see why it wouldn't...

MP pieces are not accurate and not even fit right on 73 and lates ( spool mount is in the middle, need some bends to sway it, don't ask how I know it)
BUT better than nothing

I have been always able or lucky enough to buy new ones with the oil pump. As cleaning them out after an engine failure is a pain at best, And you never know if you got all the junk out.
Melling should be able to supply a new one check with your local melling dealer (NAPA)
