Do 1972/73 chargers use the same drive shaft?

Hi all, I just joined the site and wanted to throw out my first question. I think I have found the drive shaft for my charger.
Just wanted to ask the fourm if these two cars use the same drive shaft?
I have a 1972 charger se factory 400/727- 8 3/4, the donor car is a 1973 charger 440/727 - 8 3/4. are the drive shafts the same?

as far crossjoint/joke are the same they should interchange being a plug & play job. Lenght should be the same.

If crossjoint/yoke is not the same you could either use a split kind crossjoint, or use also the donor pinion yoke ( if diff cases allow that )

as far I remember 741 and 489s uses same joke units, and 742 changes, but not really sure about.
