My son and I pushed/pulled one around the backyard. Had to get it parked in a new place as I am having a 10x20 utility building put in the backyard later this week.

My boys and I went looking for a wiring problem. The good news is we found it, Then took the beast for a run on Sunday. I haven't got 250 miles on the new motor and trans yet, and it was great to head out onto the hyway for a short cruise. Boy the 3 inch pipes turn alot of heads when we go by . My youngest was thrilled with the " " we got from a few people. All in all, a good day.

I took pic of the a/c set up . then got back to work on removeing the motor. I was out there stirring at the charger trying to figure how I was going to get the hood off by my self when some local mopar nut pulled up along my fence and started up my driveway. (lucky me) well turns out he's restoring a 72 challenger wich I have seen rolling around town now and then. Its funny watching people admire your ride when you no the car isn't nearly were you want it to be. I no every bad spot on it and am so concience of them but people seem to love it for what it is. ended up selling him a used holley 750 double pumper and put him to work helping me lift the hood off. no wonder these cars are heavy that hood weighs a ton its the longest hood I have ever seen on a mopar Im 6' tall the hoods allmost as tall as me. I figure by the time Im done I will have got a few hundred pounds of my baby lol. fiber glass hood, delete a/c and all the alum engine parts ,heads ,intake and light weight resipricating assm. should have saw his face when he saw the 528 on the stand seems I have made yet anouther friend theres something about us car guys we kind of stick together. one other great thing this weekend was that out of my 5 kids I finally got custady of one my 9yr old son picture in the last photo. his mom couldn't manage him anymore so she gave him to me only thing is he has a twin brother and I hope it works out well.

Finished welding the last spot on the Super Bee, YAY !!! then spent the rest of the weekend cleaning the garage. Blasting sand on floor was so deep it was like laying at the beach while working on it except no suntan.
