My car still on jackstands on rear frame rails waiting to get my suregrip carrier and join everything... for a while I Am ( or was )
-Rebuilt by myself the steering Pump... after found what "rebuilders" made on mine, I decided NO MORE... just like the ectrical and engine stuff on lessons learnt.
-New 3/8 gas sending unit
-"new" used engine harness to 74, so no more spliced harness around... althought I finally had to modify this one too because I got by miskate SB and not BB. seller told was BB and I didn't take care of pics . anyway this one is lot better with perfect white plugs around . Seller sent me other harnesses too, like the PERFECT AND RIGHT harness to seatbelts interlocked. This was luck and a complete surprise ( didn't expet this harness ) because I discovered I did need this one after make all the istallation. I didn't know I had a canadian harness!!!!
-Seatbelt dash light
-new springs bushings
-New ignition switch
-"New" AM/FM radio with cassette pigtail, making the adapter to plug an external audio source
www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,21865.0.html
-Bigger spring stud to fit RIGHT the isolators clamps and axle. This is some I have to take pics to update the 71/72 and 73/74 spring interchange thread
... still rest to mount:
-new tranny oil cooling lines
-new strikers
-new mirror screws
-chrome mirrors and refurbinish and widen keystone wheels
-Clean and paint axle housing
-mount everything ( but the chunk ) on springs, with 1" block spacers. ( still thinking if between iso clamps or above iso clamp... second needs modifications on spacer )
-Clean and paint the driveshaft to change and fit new 7290 joint and match everything with 489 chunk as must be ( I had 741 so 7260 joint ).
-Join the chunk ( once get yukon SG carrier ) changing from 3.23 to 3.55 gears
-Will begin, once I get the propper tools and drills, the porting job, to make my "new" engine combo: KB240 Pistons, 280/474 MP cam, double timming chain, mill about 045 and port 452 heads, balance and port 166K MP converter.
-Mount on an extra tranny valve body a Chrysler shifter kit
and a long miscelaneous list... ( new trunk matt, this time vinyl instead the piece of S**T rubber one, new rear package tray instead the one I made by myself, etc... but those are still at customhouse )
