I like the 2 trunk lid option. Thing is if you don't like it or get tired of it, now you got holes to fix. With another lid, you swap and when you get tired, you swap back. That is why I kept the flat hood for mine. In case I want to do a concours show, I have it all original.

My car came with rack on the back but a previous owner saw fit to take it off and put a wing in its place, I'm glad they did it saved me the trouble. I can say I've never seen a rack installed on one but have seen the rack it self and it seemed a little flimsy to me.

I wouldn't add one to my R/T but I think they look good on the SE's. If I still had my SE, I'd put the luggage rack on it without a second thought; there just aren't many of them around.

If it's on the build sheet I would put it on. It makes a nice finishing touch. I'm not sure why anyone would need a luggage rack since you could put three or four bodies in the trunk.

Now that's funny I have a 72 trunk lid on the car now till I can find a correct one. I already patched some holes in it so a few more would not be a huge deal. Thanks everybody for your comments.

Here is mine. I toyed with removing it but have had nothing but positive comments on it.
