I have a 73 Charger SE, 400 block. The intake has 2 plugs inside on the floor of the manifold. One looks like a hole through it, is it supposed to have a hole or is it a rust through? What are they for, and can they be replaced?

I got two 4 bbl intakes, one with and another one without those plugs ( but still the hole )... can't say why.

those MP plugs from summit seems to be for the exterior provisions, not really those internal ones...

Looks like somebody plugged the EGR crossover. I'd pull them out and tap and install some allen head pipe plugs.

These plugs are what was in the manifold right from Chrysler, engine was never apart until I took it apart recently. Have to ask one of my mopar buddies, he worked as Mopar mechanic for years, maybe he has an idea what they were for. Thanks for your input guys
