Hi guys!!!... is there a chance somebody gets down the dash and measure the distance between ammeter and firewall around bulkhead ?
Better if rallye cluster, since this cluster gets deeper into the dash frame... firewall on driver side of bulkhead.
I know this could be some uncomfortable. I can suggest take some light cord or nylon, extend all that distance long, mark the cord, and measure it on bench. Handle a measuring tape down the dash can be hard to do.
( I hope won't be more than 18-19" taking some curves )

Nacho do you still need a measurement? I can pull my radio and check if need be. I can't get a decent measurement with that big radio in the way.

would be great... if you want and can The deal is I'm gonna add this quick disconect harness on the parallel wiring Cutting one large end straight to ammeter studs, keeping plug on engine bay... and splice the shorter end on wires on engine bay. the problem is: 8 gauge harness is available in no more than 2'

Sounds like a good idea but I think it's going to be close. Following the factory routing as best I could I get between 19-20" Then again I have a rainbow mess of wires under the dash right now from all of my electrical work. Time to get taping and get things under control. Good luck!

mmm thats nice and maybe enough... I just need enough wire to go through the grommet and keep the plug on engine bay. One inch could be enough in fact.
The bad on this is the measurements of the harness is not just the wire, but plugs included partially... so that gets me shortened around an inch. So its seems I can be tight on this
Factory route is what I wish!!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
