Has anyone purchased any decals from Phoenix Graphics and what was your experience in dealing with them?
Is it hard for a first timer such as myself to put the decals on or should I get someone that has done this before?
Finally have the $$ to purchase the side stripes, hood Stencil, and deck lid decals. These are going on the 73 Rallye
Thanks for any info from you guys.

There are cheaper places than Phoenix that supply great quality, however not sure if in Business still....there was a place Garys auto graphics that I bought from that were very good...think he used to sell on ebay?
installing them is relatively easy if your careful...do not do it in the cold and not in the heat with direct sunlight...best to have two people for the longer ones along side of car......make sure you have very good plastic applicators that are made for this...you do not want to mark car or decal....google solutions for applying decal. I think I made mine from dish soap but you can buy proper stuff from a tint shop etc... tape them dry in place and make some marks where you need to start and end...do not buy NOS ones or ones that have been on shelf along while, they tend to dry up
You need to know your skills...if you tend to rush and get impatient , hire someone...if you are a handy careful guy than should be no problem at all

X2 everything he said. I would seek out the guy mentioned because his stripes are as good and way cheaper to screw up. A good recipe for the soap and water is a capful of soap to a bottle of water. Dawn only, some of the others have silicone. Use a old fashioned grease pencil for reference marks. Pencil rubs off and Sharpies are for ever. The hood stencil is probably the hardest to line up. Something to remember about the Gary person is that he can make up stripes with custom touches like deleting the Charger and arrowhead from a 73-4 stripe( I was just going to put my chrome one there), any custom color of vinyl they make(except green, which is what I wanted) or he can make up the 71 Rt to be longer and go to the end of the car, including the 1/4 extension and can delete the hood cutout for the vent. All for pretty much the same price as normal. Another idea if you don't want to tackle it yourself is a local bodyshop may put them on for you at a reasonable cost or direct you to a detailer or somebody they know who would do a good job. Our detail guy does stuff like this all the time for extra cash.

I purchased all the stripes for my 440 from Phoenix Graphics. I had them installed professionally. No complaints. I also bought the hood paint template. Something to consider is that the black is laid down first then the template is placed to do the white. I decided not to risk having paint not matching and opted for a high quality vinyl decal on both of my cars. They were installed professionally using the paint template as you guessed it, a template. I am sure that Phoenix Graphics could duplicate something using the same material. It wraps the power bulge hood perfectly.
