Certainly one of a kind. I am a huge Mad Max fan, if you think it's cool than it's cool. I couldn't do it though.

I like it! I wouldn't want to see a 71 Super Bee given this treatment, but I think the lesser cars should be fair game for customization. The 80's hot rod look is worth preserving too! Those are the kinds of cars I drew when I was a kid! Who knew what an R/T was - the important thing was Cragar wheels, hood scoop or blower, jacked up in back etc. You obviously know the look I'm talking about!

thank you so much for looking, and I wouldn't touch a 71.....like you said, the 73 and 74 didn't get much of a chance back then, I think the se cars as they were, are to overdressed from the factory.............ah the 70s

You did a great job of upgrading what is not yet considered a very desirable car. I wouldn't say an 73-74 SE will never be valuable - I've seen R/T's, Rallyes, and Super Bees selling at new car prices. But with technology making giant strides forward again I'm not sure any of these cars will have the same value for future generations. It's best that you enjoy your car the way you want to - in twenty years it might be as collectible as the average 1860 farm wagon.

I Love what you have done here , I have had many of the same ideas myself but was never able to pull it off. I would love to know in detail about how these mods were done and where you found some of these pieces. The front and rear spoiler are AWESOME!! The rectangular headlights and the rear windshield louver look great where did you find that for the SE??

the headlights are out of an 83 ford truck, the rear louver was from a company in ft worth it was made for a 72 road runner, but its the same exact glass so it fit right up, rear spoiler, hand made, front spoiler is after market, i think from classic industries, by the way, the headlights are very easy to do, just cut out part of the grill, and look for a ford in the junk yard, i got the lights for 20 bucks,we just epoxied the bezels in place, no screws , nothing, just line them up level first, good to go in 5 min.
