My 72 Charger hardtop has plastic panels on the interior of the rear quarter window to the back glass. I can't find them anywhere online. Does anyone make them? Mine are pretty well shot. The quarter window felt looks like it is attached to the forward edge. Any help would be appreciated! AJ

Negative... Just used around for all years all models ( except 73/74 SE which are simply a cardboard sheet covered with matching interior cover )... Good luck

I had a set some months back. I posted them here and on EBay ... couldn't give them away so I gave them back to the guy I purchased them from.

Looking at the picture of your car, I can't tell for sure if it is a SE Model. 72 SE sail panels are one year pieces that only fit a 72 SE I sure as heck would not pay $395 for a set If I needed some, I would probably find some on eBay and dye them with SEM's as necessary. Black and green ones tend to hold up fairly well. White and blue ones are usually horribly chaulky/deteriorated. Before buying, make sure the parts have the right part numbers. A lot of sellers don't know what they are selling...and what it fits....and a lot of the wrong panels look similar.

howdy, as bad as I need them also, I cant justify spending 395.00 on a set, I will probably go the way of using fibreboard and cloth wrap until something comes up somewhere, good luck, MPB

I saw this post and I thought I would ad what I had to do for a customers car. His rear plastic sail panels were in bad condition as most are. They were chalky and what I did was, I washed them with soap and water then sanded them down, cleaned them again with soap and water, then dried them then sprayed them with plastic adhesion promoter. Follow the direction on coats and drying time. Then I sprayed the panels with aerosol spray can bed liner coating,3 coats total, then sprayed them black, they didn't look OEM but looked good.
