Is there a link or a web site that shows were the vacuum lines connect on a 74 318 2bbl?

I don't have a 74 service manual but my 73 manual does. It is under emissions (25)

The previous owner had the hoses connected up not according to the FSM. I will try to explain later.

Here's what I did. From the TIC valve i plugged the top hose to the OSAC valve. Ran the hose from the distributor to the carburetor. Ran the middle hose from the TIC valve to the valve on the back of the manifold. That will bypass the TIC valve and give more vacuum correct?
