Thanks, guys. I tested the gauge and it is shot. The limiter I'm not sure about but I would like to get one of the modern replacements that you've suggested, Dave. Can you tell me the name, model, manufacturer?
Tom, if you have another fuel gauge that you could part with, I'd be much grateful. Just let me know you what you want for it. I have the rallye cluster with the Fuel and Oil Pressure in the same, small opening.

Thanks, guys. I tested the fuel gauge and it's toast. No movement at all. Haven't checked the voltage limiter yet. Dave, you mentioned modern replacement limiters. Can you turn me on to manufacturer and/or model ? Tom, you may have a spare fuel gauge you'd consider parting with ? Mine is the small/half round gauge with the Oil Pressure above it. Thanks for offering, please let me know what you want for it. Nacho, it's a Rallye.
I bought a used harness, thinking I could use parts, but it was in the condition of mine. So anyone have recommendations for original replacement harnesses ? Oh, and it has to be idiot proof. lol I love working on my car, but I'm a novice compared to ya'll. Thanks again for all the help. Skip

As far as dash wiring harnesses go.... I am not all that keen on replacing 45 year old wiring harnesses with different 45 year old wiring harnesses. (Just my opinion) AND there are significant differences between years. There is only one manufacturer (can't remember name right now) of new reproduction dash wiring harnesses for our cars.....and that company has an exclusive distribution agreement with Year One. The bad news....they are expensive. Usually $550 or so. But you can do a bit better by buying when YR1 is running 20-30% discounts. $515 www.yearone.com/Product/chrysler-b-body/hu325b

Yep, those would be the M&H harnesses. Expensive but very well done. A lot of complaining about M&H stuff on backorder on some other mopar websites. www.wiringharness.com/

I've looked at the Year One H&R Harness and from the picture it looks like it has a lot fewer connections. I don't see all the lights for the dash and more. Is it just that they have the wrong picture ?
