With a no spark issue and a horn issue I decided to try a new ignition switch change and to check out the horn problem since both are in close proximity. Horn. The horn sounds while turning the stearing wheel. Any ideas on what to look for as the cause?

Ok. I still need to pull the steering wheel.
Im a bit confused on how the horn works . Once I get the wheel off im assuming it will shed some light.

Wheel is off. Still don't see anything unusual. Then again I still dont understand how the darn horn works. I read that the wheel on the top right rolls along on the metal ring on the underside of the stearing wheel. Next step, take it apart to the ignition switch.

Black wire gets the ground from shaft
Feeds the red wire once switch(es) is pressed.
Red wire conects to prong
Prong feeds the horn ring underneatn the wheel
The rod/bearing on turning switch runs allong the ring underneath the wheel and feeds the black wire on harness what gets the horn relay at fusebox.
Clear now?

Planning on cleaning all the rust and that black gunk. Also going to clean the little wheel/spring that runs along the ring under side of the steering wheel.
Somehow turning the steering wheel will sound the horn.
