any limited slip ( SUREGRIP ON MOPAR SLANG ) aditive is AS FAR I KNOW the same, is just matter of the brand label. Nacho, so why would GM have a few different versions and part numbers for their additive? My daily drivers since 1980 have been GM products, and I have always been fishing around for the proper part numbered additive. My toys are MOPARS.

My 73 charger owners manual says “Mopar Hypoid Lubercant (part no. 2933565) GL-5”, it says it already contains special additives necessary. I got some Valvoline 80-90 gear oil from NAPA that has everything in it needed, its for use where GL-5 is specified. Also I use Valvoline racing oil, it has zink and other vitamins and minerals my engine needs. Ive never been a Valvoline user till I got this car but its one of the few oils with proper additives and price ain’t bad either.
