I forgot to add that the iron design of the Charger was made by a guy in Kansas. He has his own auto shop and does this on the side. His website is just4theartofit. He does every car you can think of. The frame and lighting I purchased from Home Depot.

Wonder if he used CAD and a water jet machine. You could take a stock photo and convert it into a pattern in about 1-10 mins depending upon the photo and your CAD ability.
