I'm preparing to do my back seat. Where did you get the green foam? When you wired-up the burlap, did you use the original wires? Some people put carpet underlay between the burlap and the seat foam. Is there enough room to do that with the stock seat covers? Maybe it isn't even worth bothering with.

I believe it was 2". They didn't carry 1 1/2 at that store. But 2 inch worked well. I wouldn't put anything too thick between the burlap and foam. I would just use the piano wires that came in the original burlap. I believe PUI used a sheet of vinyl turned upside down instead of the burlap. That might be an option too.
