While cleaning paint prepping the passenger side of the headlight, I came across an extension of the headlight carrier. I almost want to leave it. Hit it with a shot of semi gloss.

That is the rare XX option. I've heard there was only 1 other known to exist and it's in a private museum in Europe. Document it very carefully.

Is this the area you are talking about? Looks like a mud dauber nest. I know the headlamp buckets for std. grill and concealed headlamp grill are different...different depths. But as you have the concealed headlamps, I would assume you would need the SHORTER buckets? So I can't imagine why someone would lengthen a short on in your case. Unless I have that backwards...

No Dave , your not getting it "Francis" has it right. Its the rare XX option , otherwise known as the "Bee" option. This makes it a one of one Charger. Guaranteed to be mentioned in the for sale listing on eBay. If it were ever to be sold. 😉
