I have only seen less than 60 sunroof chargers in total found for 1973 and 1974 dodge chargers and their are thousands not found like 4 to 5 thousand or more. Just don't know or understand where that they all went or where they are at.

I know one of them disappeared In 1975. I totaled my 73 Charger. It had the sunroof and a/c and it was a 318 car but I loved it.  |

if you think around 200K 73/74 Chargers were built and we can see maybe 10K now? think on the sunroof ones on same proportion!

Yeah, terminal rust in the roof itself from seal and drain failure, and floor failure underneath would be my guesses.

Last summer I picked one up. A very heavily optioned 400, white on white on white sunroof SE with PW, A/C, AM/FM, cruise, rear defrost, bucket seats with buddy seat. Very odd car. I think it was Spring Special Pimp Edition.

So far on the early power sunroof cars, I am finding about a 20% survival rate. So yeah, there should be a lot more manual sunroofed 73-74 Chargers out there too. Many of them remain tucked away and unrestored I am guessing. If anyone here has a sunroof car or knows of one - please check out the Mopar Sunroof Registry website! Looks like I have about 60 cars combined for the 73-74 Chargers. I am sure there are many more, just a matter of catching up with all the cars and owners out there. Thanks, Scott.

Yes and Scott just posted the 1974 production figures and all together between 1973 and 1974 its about 5,500 cars and only about 60 have been found so far or documented so if any of yall know of any just let us know because this is a very low number of these found.

I have pics of one which was at the Chrysler Employees Motorsports Assoc (CEMA) show in Auburn Hills a few years back but didn't get any info. I'll know next to get the ViN. Kinda an odd color combo. Black SE w/white top and blue interior. Don't know if it was a repaint.

That's around 10% of the production, which means it COULD be even more than the 73/74 cars still living around compairing with the total production close to 200K units back in the days |
