A '74 318 Charger just sold today on BJ for $19,500. Appeared to be a "spring special" as it had the celebrity rear window plugs. Nice light green metallic paint, but nothing else special. Wow

not every "celebrity" roof ( M07 code opera window without louvers ), was a Spring Special, same as no every SS got that treatment, just tipical.

I thought it was a part of that. Good to know, Nacho.
That's strong money for a '74 318 car.

That's very strong money for a 318 car from 74. But then again its Barrett Jackson. A lot of folks that see cars on that show automatically think the cars are rare or have some kind of provenance making them special. That show drives me nuts.......

If you wanna see it...I think that color looks great out in the sun. Lot #61 1974 DODGE CHARGERSold for $21,450 all in.
This is EXACTLY as B-J has the photos loaded, complete with incorrect interior photo, it would appear. I don't think it's a custom with a 2nd gen interior. The 1st and 4th photos show high back buckets, not separate headrests.

Could be nice to know if got A77 code on tag to be sure is a Spring Special or not. They tipically per package got the "copper" rallye stripe and fancy cloth and beige/white off vinyl interior. Usually bench cars.

It also has an odd flat black paint or sticker on the flat hood much like a PB hood but much larger. Such innovative custom touches might account for the elevated price.

Sorry, but for me the black paint or decal on the hood looks way out of place. Should not even be on there unless there was an actual bulge hood. Not a big fan of the wing on the 73's or 74's, just looks out of place also. There's just something about this car that never got my attention other than it's a very nice 3rd gen, but for 21k..... * *

Sarcasm intended. The hood black out was hideous.
