Senior Designer for a civil engineering firm. I basically do site, grading and utility design on commercial/ industrial sites. As I tell most folks I design everything from the ground on down.

I'm a System Protection & Control Journeyman. Naturally, it's much easier to just say Electrician because even electricians don't under - stand what I do:)
You know how when your lights go out & come back on in a quick moment? Thats my equipment doing it's job to protect the power system & yet get your lights back on as soon as possible. Doing maintenance is OK, upgrading & adding onto the system is rewarding but meeting deadlines is priceless.
I play bass in a few bands for stress releif & work on my cars & basses for fun.

I am a mechanical engineer. I also own a log home building company up here in the timber belt. Hopefully, if the construction economy ever rebounds, it will be my only job. I enyoy it almost as much as the Charger.

I'm a Transportation Relocation Specialist Engineer aka Class A truck driver. Also have a 2A Hydraulic Engineers license aka lazy guy that sits in the excavator all day Mostly jack of all trades, mechanic in army, machinist for a while, did several years as shipping=receiving work, ended up being a foreman I been doing trucking from MA to New York city everyday (mon-fri) for NFI (no frigging idea trucking)we haul 90% Poland spring water out of our branch. Truck driving is really 5 different profession 1) driving the truck 2)mechanic to know whats wrong with truck+trailer that the shop mechanic didn't fix right 3)accountant to keep log books and records correct 4)lawyer so you don't have a rookie cop writing you trumped up tickets. and my favorite 5)you have to be a psychic to figure out what the car in front of you is going to do with the driver on a cell phone and their right directional on for the last 12 miles with no exit in sight

I have worked in the pizza industry, been a personal trainer, swimwear model, licensed auto mechanic, machinist, semi-truck driver and run shipping department for a racing engine shop. The past few years, I have stayed home with the kids and done internet sales. When the house sells and we are able to leave Michigan, I will find some kind of real job again. Have property in WI and WV so can go to either state.

...I HAVE BEEN A...SWIMWEAR MODEL...I HAVE STAYED HOME WITH THE KIDS AND DONE INTERNET SALES...I WILL FIND SOME KIND OF REAL JOB AGAIN...HAVE PROPERTY IN WV... Hey Ray, after having done a stint as an Ebay Seller (the last time I did "spring cleaning"), and raising kids, in my opinion Internet Sales and "Mr. Mom-ing" are BOTH real jobs!! #washwax# I'm voting for you to move to WV, as I don't have a stopover connection in that state yet! ;D And please do us all a favor and don't post any pictures from your swimwear model days!! ...it might motivate me to get into MY Speedo again!! Now there's a graphic mental picture for ya!!

I am leaning towards WV as I don't care for snowy winters up north. However WI has more industry. And don't worry, I tossed the speedos years ago. No one over 30 should ever wear one, unless they would like to be introduced to my niece who's studying to be a shrink ! ha ha ha
