Doing a little cross-linking of posts here.
This topic came up over at Moparts, and I through a link up to this post.
There was some additional info. added. I'll be honest, you guys lost me WAY back on this deal, so I honestly don't know if anything relevant was added to the Moparts post or not. If this is a topic that interests you, take a look and judge for yourself.

Gotta link to that thread Dyno? I should start a chart of parts like above where "I took it off this year car with these options" are the only parts that show up in the chart. Documentation is the hardest part of this hobby

does look this thread needs a bump... and one pic that was lost on one my replies ( being from ebay on that moment!! ) here is an 72SE at Carlisle under the survivor cars tent...here is a non very common emblems placement and VERY HARD TO FIND engine small emblem you can find this emblem placement on some dealers book took this pic knowing someday was to be needed Trunk of this car just had the dodge ande charger badges, none tristar and yes confirmed, no dodge on hideaway door...maybe the one I saw long time ago was added... so I guess this one should it be on hood ( didn't see it anyway ) and of course teh Special Edition badge and tristar with SE script on C pillar. I didn't took a pic of that

NACHO, before you get on a roll with that "tri-star" term, remember this from my earlier reply (#22)?The term Tri-Star is incorrect for 72 SE's....the actual term is SE Medallion with Wreath...I bring that up because there actually is a completely different Mopar emblem called a Tri-Star. Here's the actual ( incorrect) Tri-Star emblem that DOES NOT go on any 3rd Gens application that I am aware of:NOTE: DO NOT buy the 71 SE "Deck Lid" (trunk lid) Medallion Wreath Repro (left pic), if you are going for the "correct" 72 SE Medallion Wreath...they ARE different...note the extended black border background on the 71, and none on the 72 (right pic): If I recall correctly, even the hood ornament on Bob's SE is called a SE Medallion with Wreath Hood Ornament.....technically speaking. (Last I heard, he had one mounted in his bathtub, as well!!)

Jer wrote: What? Jer! Are you trying to say that you don't? I really need to add 1 to the guest restroom as well. I'm so ashamed that I totally forgot to make my guests feel at home in this way. Special Edition Accomodations really should look the part. (hope my mancard isn't at risk)
