Hi there, Well almost new here... I actually registered a while back. I found out a lot on my car by reading trough out several threads on this great board... ;D Mine is a hardtop 71 originally came out with a 318, with AC/rallye wheels as the only major optional equipment. A south Carolina car which I purchased and imported here back in 2006... car was in a great original & rust-free shape. Only down point was a non-original paint job which was done to Petty blue (Original paint was GB2) inside is B5. Well rapidly I felt that 318 is just too weak to move that beautiful heavy body around... so I started a pretty looooong modifying job on the whole drive train from installing a heavily modified/upgraded 440 Magnum engine TTI headers, 3" whole line (Dynomax) to a 3.53 Dana 60 rear end by passing over an oil cooled 727 tranny, front sway bar, larger T-bars, heavy duty rear leaf springs..etc, etc... just too much to list, A LOT to mention here and now.... Now I'm "almost" kind of done, and it's little by little getting ready to hit the road again... right now I'm on front and rear bumpers which I'm refreshing & converting to hideaways. Just going to send them to get black powder-coted and to put them back on the car with the e-bay purchased hideaway set in them Oh and a rallye dash conversion is on my agenda too...got an already restored dash laying here. ;D Later, Afshin

Late B-body brakes (especially the late '76-'79 11.75" rotors) are anice upgrade, especially from drums. #2Thumbs#

Yupp..!! I had the same advise from a Mopar fellow here #RockOn# For swiss registration technical check, it's quite important that it looks as absolutely Chrysler OEM parts and by no way they accept after market up grades.. So those of late B-body's are the largest OEM that you can get under somewhat OEM wheels... actually had to drop my 14" Rally wheels for 15" (Magnums) to get over those "large" rotors... size is; 295/50-15 on 10x15 rear, and 255/60-15 on 15x8 front
