Jeeze.... This can go so many different ways (Laughing Out Loud). If you are talking about running high dollar name brand stuff like Indy, ect, then I can put you in touch with someone who builds stroker motors using the high(er) end products....
As for my advice, if the car is to be mostly on the street, go with a mechanical pump, I'd suggest aluminum, either Mopar Performance or Mancini... By water pump, I mean both the housing and pump, make sure it's a high volume too...
As for bottom end... Seems like you are trying to keep the price down, but aren't afraid to throw a lil at it... The Eagle crank and rods are nice, I'd run either Diamond, JE, or Ross pistons... I'm thinking this kit you'd be happy with:
chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/ma493ci440fl.html It's got the Eagle crank and rods, plus Diamond pistons... Since you say a blower could be used later on, I'd go ahead and think about something like this too:
chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/ma440almacap.html Course at the kind of power your talking, I'd want to run them anyway, and no matter what, try and run ARP main studs...
Cam, being a stroker motor, I'd say at the very least, I'd run this:
chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/lunaticams1.html #60305, though for a min of 600 you will probably have to go quite a bit bigger... Also, I'd run one of these:
chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/hubigbl1cncr1.html but these will depend on the cam that you end up running.. If you go with a roller cam, I'd suggest something a bit stroker. I'll pm you the build I was looking to build until not too long ago...
As for the heads you listed, I didn't get a chance to really read through it all, looks almost like an Edelbrock Victor head though I'd expect them to flow more... They've got the raised ports too so I'm not sure how header fitment will be for your app... I'd like to have a good look at them before I say too much about them, (Laughing Out Loud).
As for intake, if it's a mostly street motor, I'd run the Indy dual plane intake (I've got one on the way hehehehehe), if you want a single plane, maybe the new Mopar Performance #333 (I think that's what it's called).... But for dual plane intakes, your not going to beat that Indy dual plane intake....
Carb, nothing smaller than an 850, preferably mech secondaries. May end up running something a lil bigger unless you just want to go with a Dominator carburetor....
As for the girdle, when you start approaching the 600+ mark I'd start thinking of running a main girdle, and the further you pass the 600 mark the more I'd want to run one so... I want to say it's BME Racing that has a nice kit that has the girdle, main caps and stud kit....
Run a high pressure oil pump, and a slightly larger than factory oil pan.... Unless you want to run an external pickup style pan (oil pick up lines go outside the pan to a pump). Keith Black has a nice one, but it aint cheap
.
What else is there? Thermostat, 180* F high flow, pulleys, up to you... Fan up to you... I'd run an aluminum radiator though since you say one day the motor could end up being supercharged.... Fuel pump I'd say the Carter Muscle Car series pump should get you by... Paint color, I'd run a Race Hemi Orange... Air filer, K&N X-stream... Spark plugs, your preference. Ignition since it could be a blower motor I'd say MSD all the way. Gaskets, Cometic. I don't think I missed anything, other than the exh system, I would run headers that have nothing smaller than 1 7/8" primaries, preferably 2" with a 3.5" collector, followed by dual 3" exhaust with an x pipe...
I hope I didn't miss anything
I came back and put spaces between stuff to hopefully make it easier to read,
I remember some of the replies in the past
