Well took the grinder, marker, and tape to it today... Knocked around 1/8" off, it seems to be sitting down now, wish I had just went with a different valley tray to begin with, but oh well... I got the bolts in, and it seems to be clearing... Or so I hope, (rolling on the floor, laughing). I'll get a pic up in a min for those wondering... Had to grind on the carb linkage so it would clear the fuel line... And though a dark pic, here's how she's sitting now...

Well, I got around to tinkering around with the 440 today, weather has been really nice, no clouds, maybe a slight breeze here and there, temp in the shade has been around 68*f, I've been hanging out int he sun so.... Anyway, here's what I got done today: I got the water pump on, I wanna get some studs to hold the thermostat cover on (billet aluminum), I put that old distributor on to get an idea of how it'll look in the end... Still got a ways to go, but heck, it's getting there... Can't wait to here this joker fire off, and esp after the cam is broken in, and I can let it idle... From what I gather, it want be a "smooth" idle

I was thinking of using the 440 source ported heads on my charger. How do you like them on your car?
