I know you mentioned cancer meds for you Dad, and some meds for you as well. I wish I knew what to suggest. But just don't know of a way to help with that one from here. There are mail order places for meds They won't ship here without an Rx, but maybe will to your country?

No, the cancer med to my dad is not posible. Needs refrigeration.

I like all cereals actually ( although the diet ones are not really nice, but I'm still ok with them ). Of course like some other better than others. Froot loops, are not my favs, but I have not problem with them. Frosted flakes are not my fav either but mainly because since I drink allways chocolated milk, then is already sweetneed with the chocolat to get the extra sugar with the frosted sugar. But really I don't have problems with any cereal. I began with the raisin bran you sent thought.
about peanut butter and jam... I loved the flavors mix between the those. When I was a kid I used to eat Philladelphia creamy cheese with jam, or sometimes the regular butter with jam but mostly of the time was a slice of cheese ( any kind of cheese although normally white ) with jam. That was my tipical school lunch.

Oh well, a bag of frosted flakes are heading your way. You'll have to eat them with regular milk. And now you're addicted to p.nut butter and jam. Just don't try p.nut butter and honey. Ha!
