Fixing personal issues while my car is being finished. Can't move to Spain without it. ALL my invesment is on it and is my only finantial guarantee. Finish my car and take it to Spain will guarantee i can get up to 25-30K € maybe more IF I need to sell it ( recently posted an auction of a 73 sold in 34K € in Spain ) Locally can get barelly US$5-7K and would take months to sell it.
I hoping this summer will be finished

Make Cuban car/raft out of the Charger and point it towards Miami. When you land, tell the local authorities you are Cuban......so you can stay.

purplecharger1 I understand what you say, but is not just a few dollars, is my life invested there. Car is totally dissasembled in pieces ( including sheetmetal cut). Just the tranny and diff are in one piece. Can't take it into a container like that. And is a thousand miles from home. I can understand your worries and really gratefull with that, but don't worry, by now as far I keep away from the manifestations is all good, hungry but safe ( althought would like to be on first line like I was years back )

For those who don't know because are not being updated on TV news up there, last week we got a CICPC officer ( That's the National technical Police who makes the investigations ) who belongs to the BAE Group which is an especial tactical group of the CICPC and also is one of the comanders of the Helicopters section ( something like the SWATS up there maybe ), took an helicopter and attacked the Supreme court building. Nothing great, but couple of grenades and FAL shots against the building. Then made public a declaration and fly over the city calling to the #350 constitution article who demands to be againts any goverment what you feel is against the same constitution and ppl rights, accomplished with the FREEDOM word. Hidden the helicopter into a mountain close to the city. Goverment took over a day to find it.
this was supposely just a warning call to the goverment.
Untill now we are splitted on believe if this was a real warning call from some of the armed forces section to the goverment violating the constitution and the actions they could take if president doesn't quit or if is just a theater act from the goverment to support and justify more agressive actions againts the opposition and the people.
The fact is, tomorrow is the Independence Day here ( just like your 4th of july, but our is 5th ), and we ALLWAYS get a military parade to celebrate this. 10 days before the parade is usual to see the aviation flying over the city making parade rehearsals. Well... tomorrow is the day and we haven't seen the first airplane flying over the city. WEIRD
This make us to think the Helicopter attack was a real action and they are scared from their own Army.
this is GOOD at this moment
Videos show some cellphone takes from the ppl around who advertised what it was happening, since local TVs never got to get any take of this.

Seems a fairly admirable gentlemen Nacho. If Venezuela ever returns to the point of safe, fair, honest electtions, he would be a good man to have in office.
I was watching an episode of The Angus Report (Season #2017, Ep. 29) on RFD TV today, and one of the ranchers they interviewed was from Venezuela. He had to leave with his family several years ago. Sad to see good people forced out. It seems like a beautiful country with many natural resources. It's sad to watch it tearing itself apart.

Worst, more oppositor politics detentions, 16 manifestant killed on sunday ( some one apparently by NG snipers, there are pictures of them on houses roofs ). An evident and giant FRAUD. All votations centers were REALLY EMPTY ( just couple of exceptions ) and they claimed to get more than 8 millions voters. Opposition claim just around 2.4 million of ppl voted most of them forced because they work at goverment institutions ( I have a friend working at a ministery and was forced ). Of course they got all the votes because opposition didn't get into the run of the elections because this election is against the constitution.
They need to "get more than 7.6 million of votes" because two weeks ago the opposition leaded by the National assembly made an "informal" referendum without the elections oficial authorities support to proove how the ppl is against all of these. Opposition gpt 7.6 milions and you could see us on streets voting. What a casuality! They got 8 millions, just right above the opposition referendum!
National assembly president predicted in mid afternoon they were to say got 8 millions of votes... and spotted right on!
Right now there is a shocking calm. We had a battle with police in front of my building last week. They broken some window glasses around.
Worts times to come! Maybe is like a final battle like when the enemy get mad trying to still keep safe before the last moment? Dunno.
It is very tipical many of the dictatorships fall after a giant election fraud. That's how it was back in 1958 down here with Marcos Perez Jimenez dictator.
But sure we need world leaderships support, which it seems they are prepairing something
