Looks like doo-doo in my opinion. 
No congratulations from me for taking a classic design and making it look worse.

I can't say it looks completelly bad.
some cons:
-what we are used to see makes a shock on our vision
-The straight shape of the Coronet bumper doesn't match the curves on the Charger curves on fender and hood edges
-there is not a decent grill for it.
