I just don’t know enough about wiring. I disconnected the rear wire harness at the connection in the driver side kick panel in the interior. I unplugged everything from the forward light harness, headlights, horns, fender turn signal indicators, front valance turn signals. Followed the harness all the way to the fire wall. The only ground I found was one to the core support near the battery. Cleaned the heck out of it to bare metal. As suggested in prior post I examined the turn signals to see if the sockets were loose from the housing. They were tight as can be. Both bulbs are new. I sanded the housings and the valance to bare metal where they mount together. Cleaned the plug terminals on the turn signals and plugged them in. At this point only the front valance turn signals are mounted and plugged in. When light switch is off turn signals work. Pull light switch on turn signals don’t flash. The passenger side one is lit up and the driver side is off.

ok, this is becoming harder.
only two ground wire provisions are those mentioned... radiator core support in front and trunk frame reinforcement on rear. Parking lights are grounded via chassis, same as license plate light and top of fender turning lights.
Next ground is the cluster/dash one which gets a provision down the dash close to hood release handle
At this moment I'm pretty much lost

First l would like to thank everyone who has participated in this discussion. I made some major progress today using the information provided. I am now about 80% the way there. This project would be going no where without your help. What I ended up doing was attaching a wire from the back of each of the turn signals to one of the body bolts for the front valance. Clearing all paint at those points. I did the same for the tail lights. Turn signals and break lights now work when the lights are in the off position. And the buzzer has stopped! When I turn the headlights on I notice that the front passenger turn signal light is dimmer than the driver side. Both bulbs are new. The passenger turn signal barely flashs when lights on. Driver side won’t work. Break lights do not work when lights are on. So I can’t drive the car at night but at least I can take it for a drive in the day after all this time. I welcome any further advice from the pros!

A clever solution!
Sounds like there more to do though. And still ground issues.

Clever solution, but even is fixing, something must be wrong somewhere! Stock system never needed so much ground provisions around, and in fact on my car everything still works stock without any ground trick around. The only issue I had to deal with is the front parking sockets being some free from housing, which I smashed with a screwdriver and hammer on to socket outer lip to get it tight again, and done!
I also cleaned the sockets inside from dust and rust with sand paper and applied a LIGHT coat of dielectric grease, to save from new rust.

I'm thinking even though the socket is tight in the front housings they aren't making good contact due to corrosion. I remember before I tightened up mine I spun it back and forth and could see the white crud working it's way out. Tip of the day: For cleaning inside bulb sockets. Use a plumbers brush that is used for cleaning inside 1/2" copper pipe before soldering. Perfect fit and available at any home improvement store. Make sure power is off though or you'll blow a fuse!

Whatever the issues are I think they are beyond my knowledge at this point. I will have to read up to see if I can learn more about electrical systems or save up to bring it to a shop.

I will be sure to double check the outlets and the socket connection. Thanks again!!

I would try to see if you can grip the sockets and turn them back and forth a bit. If you can this will clean them up a bit and might re-establish contact with ground, if this is where your problem lies.
