It's getting interesting. Where's the popcorn. Just got this reply.
Good Evening,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Bosch 9673 was incorrectly listed for the 3.6L engine. I have notified our catalog department to remove the plug from that application. We apologize for any confusion.
Thank you,
Dave S. RockAuto Customer Service
So I replied:
Great! Now how about issuing me a refund since I bought these plugs based on your catalog and they did not fit my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 3.6L engine.
So the short answer to my email asking for a refund was: You are not co-operating with us since you issued a chargeback with your credit card company. Then they blocked any further responses. . I'm the one not co-operating!
So I sent a new one listing the 6 emails and 5 different people who responded and told them a copy would be forwarded to my claim and I'm confident I'll win since they admitted that the info was incorrect.

So I kinda forgot about this. Been real busy lately. Looked into it today and seen that the dispute was found in my favor. So, in the end RockAuto lost the money, the product (they didn't request a return) and a customer. Oh, and they have removed that spark plug from their listing.

My experience with Rockauto ( customers service included ) has been really good. Is also true I have noticed when they list something wrong ( i.e.: 73 engine mounts ) and I keep away from that but mainly because being overseas I'm more carefull to check twice the list and application comparing with some other websites, so I haven't deal with any return or claim about that. A mistake like that for me (being my own fault or them ) will be double trouble for me.

I'm playing around with Rock Auto trying to get all my parts to come from one warehouse, and dang it if the warehouses the parts are in don't keep changing! Part 1 is in warehouse A, until I add part 2 in warehouse A, then part 1 is in warehouse D! It's like they are purposely trying to get multiple shipping and handling charges.
That's interesting. If they all come from one, it will be either one larger box (more money) or still be multiple boxes (more money). I've never payed ANY attention to what warehouse stuff came from. Can you really save on shipping that way?
I've always been much more concerned with getting the parts / brands that I wanted.
I also made this experience with the changing warehouses.. shipping overseas has become expensive so i order more from summitracing now if they have the same products. they ship always frome one warehouse.

It's been a while since I've ordered from RockAuto, but I have ordered different brands in order to limit the number of warehouses and S&H fees. There is/was a separate shipping fee from each warehouse.
