An electric pump is supposed to be the best answer. Sorry to hear it has not totally resolved your issue.
These may be obvious, but...
1) Stay away from oxygenated fuels (ethanol blended) fuels as much as possible. The same would apply for additives like Heat that are mostly/entirely alcohol.
2) I've read that the factory pump, being bolted to the block, adds heat to the fuel as it passes through. Have you bypassed/eliminated it?
3) Are you running a return line? This keeps the fuel in constant circulation, and reduces the amount of time it spends under the hood, absorbing heat.
4) Is the line insulated?
5) If you get really desperate, you might try blocking the heat cross-over (cold weather driveability is probably not an issue for you). Ditto the heat riser/tube to the air cleaner. Heat break for the carb...aluminum plate, along with thicker spacers/insulators under the carb. Thermal barrier/wrap for exhaust to reduce underhood temps. You can always resort to a cool-can, but that's only going to offer you a couple of hours of relief at a time.
