Can no longer add a new post nor reply to an existing post. Have we been bad?

Hey, I noticed that too. But only to certain posts. I figured they didn't want my input on those topics so they blocked me out.

wichargerguy.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=rules&thread=1355&page=1#10379There is no restriction on memberships that I am aware of. You're either allowed on the site, or you are not. If you are, you can post ads, if you meet the qualifications above. Parts for sale / Parts Wanted ads are locked after posting. This is to prevent discussion, debate, negotiation, arguments "in public"about the parts. You may place an ad. If people want to contact you, they can do so through a PM. Once a thread is locked, it cannot be replied to. So if you are trying to reply to an existing ad that's locked, then that is why you are having a problem. But you should be able to post a new ad.

Looks like the whole section is locked, no replies allowed, no new topics allowed since 11-Apr. Did someone 'get happy' with the thread lock button?

That cleared that up, thanks.

The ability to post threads or reply to existing threads in the Ebay, Craig's List & Other Web Ads section has been restored.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. ;D Tom

Is it okay to 'delete' an ad that I add to this section?
I noticed, at a later time, that one ad had the addtional words "sorry, sold" that I initially overlooked.
Also, if it is okay, should I add a note prior to the deletion in case there is a history of this posting?
thanks, John
