I want to switch the interior of my car from green to black and wanted to now if anyone has tried buying product from the guy named azbob on e-bay? I did purchase A-pillar molding from legendary at carlisle last year and they were the poorest quality I've seen from a reproduction piece. They were molded in white plastic and not the correct thickness or contour of the originals, also you could see the white base plastic and blue primer in several spots on the them were the black was poorly painted. The seller azbob Say's what all his product in black is molded using black base plastic, so there is no priming or paint the color on. I know I'm crazy switching a se green interior to black when the car was triple green( F-1 outer, with green vinyl top and green interior), but the green interior isn't going to look good with a j5 sublime outer paint color car.

I "bought" from him a pair of arm rest. Quick shipping but so quick that never read the messages I left about shipping, so since I paid with my dads credit card, he used my dad's name on shipping addres . He uses an automatic invoice system and never or barelly reads the messages. That could it be a problem. Being I'm not up there and my shipping addres is a warehouse dunno what did happen. Warehouse crew dunno if they really got or not, USPS states DELIVERED. Asked for a trace from Azbob and still dunno what did happen. He told me will make the trace, but that was 3 weeks ago and still dunno anything about. I'm hopping is on its way on the sea to my home, being that maybe warehouse crew boxed in the main box to me but never registered on my warehouse inventory on line account. So quality parts ? maybe yes... good service ? well, I think is not good by now. I asked too if the piece he was selling was simply a pad, a cover ( like dash caps ) or a complete piece with metallic frame. Never got an answer. I decided to buy because pic did look was a complete replacement piece. Honestly about what you want to make, will try to get good used parts. Blacks are plenty around. hardest parts to find in good conditions are A pillars. If you allow me to give you an opinion, for sublime, I would go white

There is something about a black & white interior that is very classy!

I would have considered white were I do have a used set of upper SE door panels, but may dash and center console is already black plus I already have a new black outer vinyl top and new black headliner. But I thank you for answering and opinions are always welcomed. The last pieces I need for the interior beside the new door panels are the inside rear window lovers and black door pull straps.
