you want to remove the pinstripe from under the clear....and keep the paint job looking good?......is it a painted on pinstripe or stick on stuff?.......I have done bodywork for many years, and can tell ya from what I have seen is once you clear over decals it (the solvents, in the clear) make the decals stick into the paint really well.........I dont believe you can do it, of course thats just my opinion..

Ok, the stripes are not tape stripes. That area of the car was painted white. Tape was applied over the paint and then painted F8 and peeled off and clear coated.
Now, should I lose the windshield decal (Charger)? To geeky? To ricey? Or just plain dumb looking.

I don't like... I think ricey... here in Venezuela would be called "MONO" ( monkey ) and that's not a good adjective down here.
( In Spain would be a nice adjective LOL )

Heat gun and a razor. I'll stick them on Ebay. Someone will pay 100 bucks for it.
Thanks Jer. He was the one that started this by saying lose the stickers. I had no idea they were...well...um....not cool.

Just tryin' to help, Brother Bob...I didn't say anything before, but now that you have both spoilers and all, it is (or became) the only imperfection on an otherwise perfect machine!! (Unless you want to add a 73 Year One Metal Front Plate...which I think would be Bitchen-Boss!!)... Like this one, Bob,...but 73:Test run on Champion:Oh, and one last modification, there Ol' Buddy: You WILL need to add me to your Insurance Policy so he'll be covered when I'm driving it around during the Carlisle Show!!
