I have been polishing them in the past myself. it's not a quick process. Then I paid one of my guys to do it. I had to pay him overtime cuz he did it after work. That cost me over $60 and they did not look as good as I would have liked. He's not as anal as I am. I was going to cut my own until I saw your post. I sent you my info. in a PM. Thanks! I shipped them 22 min before this post, they are on their way and the instructions are in your email.

Awesome deal! Karma is a wonderful thing-I ended up finding the bulge I hood I purchased by answering a Kijiji ad for a guy with a '71 needing a measurement from floor to roof to confirm proper height after someone jumped on his car in his backyard..... One thing led to another & we ended up cutting a deal that was fair for both of us IMO-he got cash he wanted to buy fenders for his car & some extra stuff I had, I got the hood and some R/T-Rallye taillight bezels. I'd be interested in a set of these for the cluster I'm restoring, but my money is a different color than yours to the south. I'd be willing to send you a postal MO in advance if you wanted to go that way? Thanks Jason

I bought a set off feeBay a couple years ago and got what appeared to be a 5 year-olds craft project... They had obviously been cut by hand from stock clear plastic sheet. Needless to say, they didn't go into my gauge cluster. These look far better made and are what I had expected to get when I bought the other 'set'. Thank you for making the effort to have these done! PM sent.

I was born in Canada eh? and moved to the US when I was very young. We as kids had special treats from canada that relatives would bring when they came to visit or our parents would bring back when they went back home (to Canada) to visit. I have not had McIntoshe's toffy(not sure of the spelling) that came in the red plaid boxes in years. Sure would like to trade if they still make it and it's not too much trouble?

I know exactly what you're talking about-I haven't had it myself for years and not sure if it's still around, but I'll do some reconnaissance work and see if I can find some. If so, maybe get some for myself at the same time!

Here's a link to Nestle's page referencing the toffee-apparently not made in bars anymore, but in individual wrapped toffees? You have to scroll down the page about 3/4 of the way: www.nestle.ca/en/FAQ/chocolate.htmIf these will work for you, I'll start hunting for it! Jason
