it should fit on any 73 and lates, BUT not a direct fit on 71/72, due the diff pedestal made, to fit on isolated rear springs setup. You can fill the centering holes, or change pedestals ( they are available )
I have allways suspected the pedestal could be also diff height due the isolation assembly too, but I have not prooved that... Now you'll dissasembly that could measure both heights (Laughing Out Loud). Anyway, that wouldn't be the fitting problem, like the difference with centering hole on pedestals you'll find.
Rear sway bar... mostly will work, BUT not the plate between axle and spring(clamps) due same reason... isolation assembly. would need to find a 72 sway bar plate ( not easy to come by )
UNLESS you decide to sway everything, including isolation assembly. If thats the case there is a minor difference on spring guide stud ( you'll find out )

I just put an 8 3/4" out of a 74 in my 72. The only change we made was to weld in some spacers, (basically just washers), in the centering hole to reduce the diameter to fit the pins on the 72 springs. Everything else bolted right up with no problem.

Does it have a sway bar with a curve or is it straight? I've been going around for sometime trying to decide which one of mine to use to be correct. So far I haven't found a 74 with a curve one but supposedly that's when they started. Does your parts car have the exhaust manifolds on it? I'd be curious to see those too. Too bad about the condition, it's one of 618 with 360 and probably 200? with 4 speed 360.

I was referring to the original poster, sebring360. I think It's the guy who I sold the '74 Rallye 360 to.
