If it is 1ol, the next question I have to start asking my self is where did it come from and how the hell did it get in that box? Huh, wasted good primer and paint on it. It was greasy though, I can say that.

Man, I thought I had it. You could put yours on there for $10 and recoup your paint. I was right, it's not part of your cruise. I always go with something my Grandpa taught me. If you don't know anything about the subject, make up a real interesting story and once they laugh , they won't care whether you knew anything about the subject or not. See in my story it was a exhaust bracket for early 74 big block Chargers, but only the first 50 because Chrysler found out under hard acceleration it would hit the shift linkage and cause the vehicle to shift into park. The TSB called for replacement and for the tech to dispose of the faulty bracket by throwing it in the trunk after cutting the rubber off and making it inoperable. See that's a whole lot more interesting than radiator overflow bracket......

I love this stuff. The history, the archeology the research. Thanks again Bob! By the way,, Your charger restoration webpage has been a godsend, I've consulted the page countless times (and even Bob once!). I think the 1971-1974 Dodge Charger website should consider making Bob's page a stick it a sticky or having a link to Bob's page. v/r Vic
