71 Charger with headlight covers. The driver's side cover doesn't close completely. It's about .25" to .5" open after I shut off the headlights. Is there an adjustment I can make to correct this? I can manually twist the knob on the motor to close it the rest of the way, but as soon as it is opened and closed again, it does the same thing again. Not a big deal, but it's bugging me.
Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure if this is an approved adjustment but I read somewhere to put 2 wrenches (adjustable wrench should work well) on the square rod and twist it. I also have one that doesn't close all the way but since I rarely use the headlights it hasn't been something I've tried to correct yet.

There is an adjustment on the inboard side of the headlight door it is adjusted with a small flat head screwdriver, make sure you lube it before adjusting it.
