Hi everyone! Just picked up a complete set of black belts to ditch my brown ones currently in the car. However, the car it came out of was a dark green interior so the retracting seat belt cover needs to get blacked out as well. Any advice on a good paint that will last for this material? Thanks in advance!

SEMS Landau black.
Realistically, it's going to have to be touched up from time to time.

+++2 on the SEM Landau Black. Its all I've used for years now. And it wears like iron. I've never had to touch it up after I put it on. Kindof a matte semi-gloss finish. Looks absolutely stock. Really great. Oh and I forgot to add, I used it on the exact same seat belt retractors you have. Cleaned them up with soapy water and a bristle brush, dried them, and sprayed. I also pulled out the belts as far as they would go, cleaned them the same way, dried and sprayed them too, just to freshen them up. Same with the buckle covers and all the other belts, just had to mask off the tongue. Ditto with the door panels. you see where this is going. Sorry to !

Thanks for all the helpful advice folks! I was unable to source the SEM paint locally so I opted for the Rustoleum vinyl paint equivalent and have been happy with the finish on the parts I have sprayed so far. I'll report back after the reinstallation and see how the product wears over time.

I found SEMS at my local PPG store, but it was rather expensive. So, I just buy 3-4 cans at a time on eBay....and keep it on hand.
When I have tried alternatives, they have been either too dull or too shiny.
