Is anyone using anything other than RJ12YC .35 Gap on their 440 HPs? I exclusively used these on my 71 383 too for years and am wondering about other's experiences.
Thanks Jeff

I use ngk br6s in my high compression 440. My engine builder picked these out, they run good for this combination. I used ngk xr5 in my stock/hot rod 440 before, they ran good. I've tried rj12yc, I had good luck with those also. Only plugs that didnt work well for me were ac delco and autolite in my 440. I'm a fan of ngk myself, being a Nissan tech by trade, that's what they mostly use. Also in my dirt bikes, run good there also.

I went with NGKs on both my cars after many recommended them and said Champions were no longer any good. But frankly I see no difference from the Champions. Next go-round I'll be back to the Champions for both the 383 and 400. I would stick with those as it is what Mopar's came with, just my 2 cents.
