The car has been running around 190 on the road but gets a lot hotter in the city. I have two smaller fans on a 25x18 radiator and I know the fans are not big enough, but I was wondering what is my beast option to keep it the coolest? I live in Florida which I know isn’t gonna help. It has a/c but I don’t use it at all and rarely ever get over 2k rpm. The two fans are as wide as I can go so I am guessing a single fan, but what will work the best? Is there another way to get an accurate reading of water temp? I have a laser temp gauge as I don’t want to fully trust the new sensor. Any help would be great.

I think if it were me...if everything else seems good (hoses not collapsing, belt not slipping on pump, t-stat working properly, no signs of head gasket problems [no exhaust gases in coolant]), then I think I'd be trying a shroud around those fans. You're moving air over what...50% ?...of the radiator surface? One of these aluminum shrouds for dual fans would help a lot. MANCINI RACING
