Originally, were the thermal delays secured in place... kinda like flashers are secured in their little metal clips? I was wondering if I might find it secured in place above the radio... but just unplugged. I doubt I'll be THAT lucky, but then, you never know. no, is just hanging from harness.

My thermal delay was taped to the under dash metal with a black fabric-style tape. I also have found several in other cars which were mounted in the same manner so I'd be pretty confident that's the way the factory did it.

I think is true... they were attached to harness wrapped with fabric tape. I never found that on mine BUT the relay got some black stuff attached

Relay arrived today and it's installed. Works perfectly!! It's the little things like this that really makes your car feel special!
