Well its been a while since i have been on here how is everyone? I have been workin my off tryin to save up some cash so i could start on some body work for my charger. Im not gonna worry about the starting issue right now. Im just going to pull the engine out and focus on the body right now. This past weekend i have been cutting out my drivers side floor pans and just tryin to get it ready for either new pans or just some regular rust prrof stainless steel patches dont know yet. Als i have gutted my whole interior exept for the dash. Im a lil nervous to take that out at the moment. But anyways i hope everytone has been doing well and has had success with there projects so far.

well what happened is when my grandfather used to park underneath his pomergranite tree the pomergranites would sometimes fall and land on the cowl vents. As they sat they acid from them would spill in and so did some pieces of them into the cowl pockets. well this happening caused a rust hole in the pocket so everytime he would wash the car or rain water leaked under the carpets padding and sit ther. over the months years whatever caused the floor pan on the driver side to really rust up really bad. Dont know why he never noticed it but yeah thats the story on that. the passenger sides not so bad but it needs to be cut out as well.

Water leaks from the cowl and windshield have been the death of many a floor board. Cool that you have your Gandpa's old car though!
