I would not.
In my experience, the Michelins are some of THE best tires (pains me to say it), and they age the most gracefully. If they are show signs of age that bad, I'd give up the fight and get some new ones.
I had a major tire manufacturer engineer once tell me, when I asked a similar question, that if the cracking is very minor, and in the bead area by the rim (mine was), that it's "probably" still OK to use (hey, no one can predict the future...it's a crap shoot). That's because the rubber around the bead is very think. He further said if any of the checking was in the tread, not to use them. That's where the rubber is the thinnest. Not the rubber you see (the tread block), but the body of the tire. While your straight on shots of the tread show very little if any cracking down between the tread block, that cracking where the tread meets the sidewall, especially in photo #2 where the cracks are all linked together into one large crack....that's nasty.
We never know when a tire will fail. I had a 3 year old tire on my wife's new(er) Buick get cut down. You just never know. The safe thing is, when in doubt, change 'em out!
Also, if this was a newer car, that's one thing. But on your Charger? What if that tread block in photo #2 decides to unwind. coming off like a semi's re-tread? At highway speeds, that's going to beat the hell out of the adjacent panels. Even at in town speeds it will. So you risk tearing up a fender? Where are you going to find a good replacement? Fenders are damn hard to come by these days. Or a quarter panel? Yes, you can get them, but properly installed they are big $$$. And now you have to paint the replacement, and it won't match...so how much of the car do you repaint? If it goes wrong, it could really ruin your day, and do a lot of damage to your car.
And we're not even talking about the potential for accidents, damage to other peoples property, or lives.
I wouldn't do it.

You're right. I'll replace them. It's not worth the trouble. Thank you so much!!!

Yeah I would change them as well, my BFGs are over 25 years but still look great. After all the stories I have heard I won't take a chance with them once I am ready to drive anywhere.
