What's that at 8:10? Is it a little messed up to like a motor that takes longer to start?

Cool that our starter made the list. I love the old gear reduction Mopar starter motor. Before the advent of the "mini starter", you would go to a Mopar show, and at the end of the day when everyone was cranking up to head home you would hear all of these Mopar starters whining away...very cool. I'll be keeping the one in the Cordoba for sure. The Charger I'm not sure about. The Duster will probably keep it's original as well.

Why would you ever change it? Only that German aircraft engine car has a cooler start up.

Agreed. I know nothing about aircraft engines, but it almost sounds like the engine is being cranked with the ignition off until a certain RPM is achieved, then the ignition is turned on, and the engine starts.

That may be exactly what they're doing. I wonder if it's easier on the engine if the starter motor is used to spin up the propellor? As hardcore as the maintenance on aircraft engines is, I imagine you'd want them doing as little work as possible.

Not a Charger, but Bottle Rocket @ 4:58. I can't get over how good that little 318 sounds.

I know, right? I keep thinking a 318 is like a 3" pecker, no one wants that, but then Uncle Tony makes another Bottle Rocket video and that ripping sound wins me right over.
