Greetings! After having this beauty for 25 years (and sadly neglecting it) It's time to start bringing her back to life! I bought this (in great condition) in 1995 for $400 from a farmer in Colorado. I drove it up until 1999, where I moved out of state and kept it in CO in a friends storage. It took me several years to go back to CO and haul all the way to Minnesota (where I am now). It took some time to establish myself and have time/money to contribute to it, and now that time is finally here. There's loads of work to do on it and as of now, I only added new fluids along with plugs, thermostat and other misc stuff. The last time I drove it was about 11 years ago and it's been sitting since (ugh). The biggest downfall for me, is that I'm not an experienced gear head. I love to work on it, but very limited in my knowledge. I just want to get it started, then move onto bigger things through the next year or so. Another downfall, is I don't have a garage, but a driveway. As we know, Minnesota winters are brutal, so I need to keep it cover until the warm season. I'll be chiming in here with pics and probably a lot of questions! My next task (this week) is to replace the radiator, so I need to find the proper one. Any insight or advice is appreciate! Cheers! imgur.com/a/jP6QQxkimgur.com/a/jP6QQxk

Welcome from Michigan. Looks like you have a nice project there. The folks on this board are very knowledgeable on the 3rd gens. I've learned a lot from them doing my car. Hopefully you can find some kind of storage to help you with your winters. God luck and keep us posted.

just posted about your car on dodgecharger.com LOL copying and pasting: are you sure is an SE ? except for the grilles it seems to be a spring special, due the rallye stripe color, body color and what is visible of the seats covers.
Althought is true by 74 was posible to order that stripe on SEs, but... the seat covers made me doubt!!!
car-from-uk.com/sale.php?id=138407
The opera window without louvers ( M07 code on tag ), was optional on Spring Specials too, but common on them along with the full vinyl roof
then I had forgot about this: Forgot the SE had the Spring special package also as an option ( circled ):

Great! Thanks for the info, it helps! Looks like I need to replace the water pump (not radiator as previously expected). I do have the AC unit and popular opinion says to keep it intact, so I will I'll post updates as things progress. Thanks again!

+1 on keeping A/C.
I don't think you will race with your high output 318 LOL to need to get a lighter car, and you still have the heater in place for the Michigan weather.
a Spring special car will have the A77 code on tag ( except lynch road plant cars I guess, as usual )

Did your car get louvered opera windows? Is it WP29 on VIN ?
