I have one of these on the back of my gauge cluster, looks like a resister, it has .5 ohms resistance across the terminals. I'm guessing it drops or regulates the voltage to the gauges. Does anybody have any pictures of the wiring that connects to the terminals. I know the left (single) terminal loops thru the gauges. The (Dual) right terminal is the one I am trying to verify what connects to it. It says "IGN" next to it so It would appear it gets voltage when ignition is on. Looking for a pic of the connector that goes to the ground above the part in question also. Also does anyone have any factual info on exactly what this part does? I can't find it on my wiring diagrams. postimg.cc/DJf76VtV

Cluster voltage limiter. Gets a 12 volts source lowered to a 5 volts rate via pulsating signals to feed gauges.
On Rallye cluster it gets feeded from ACC circuit. On Standard Cluster it gets feeded from Ign1 circuit
From left to right the terminals use are... output for gauges, 12 volts input, noise supressor condenser.
The bracket gets also a prong which gets conected a ground reinforcement wire. The wire terminal is a packard one but wider than the rest ( as the prong is ) to be sure you won't conect there a positive source by mistake. Wire is also black
