Finally got the fan switch fixed and the blower is going on all speeds. Got heat! Next is to get the a/c kit installed hopefully over the winter or early spring. I got lucky, the connection to the control switch that's just above the vacuum module was connected upside down, barely. This probably happened when I dropped the steering wheel down to replace the the dash bulbs to LED's and also replaced the heater a/c control panel. Talk about a brain fart!

I think this is more electrical related than AC-Heater by itself?
Good to know. Will need to keep an eye on the switch temperature. The blower load is able to overheat the contacts inside the blower switch up to melt the plug. This makes even burn your fingers when touching the speed switch lever!!!!
Don’t ask me how I know it! LOL
I built a full 4 relay setup for this, one for each speed… low, mid, high… and heater speed which is diff from the rest on AC cars. No cut wires for this.
This also helped on keep more stable the blower speed at any engine speed due the alt output variations ( depending on charging wiring conditions ).
Of course I have a bigger output alt and the bulkhead bypass ( thought I made a parallel path keeping the bulkhead one in place )
