The ones running to calipers, definitely diff. Can’t tell about MC to Dist block lines. I’m assuming since dist block (combination valve) must be diff, some lines are too.
However on the Disc-o-tech article, Rick doesn’t make mention to the MC and combination valve lines, just the lines running to Calipers

Hard lines to calipers or just the soft rubber lines? Now that I think about it, how could the hard lines be different? If they are a different size they won't fit in the clamps on the axle tubes, for instance.
Then again those lines would go directly to the rear calipers, so they must be bent different at least.

Soft lines… between body and caliper
I’m talking about front lines to front disc. Rear disc brakes are a very diff story, since no stock pieces are available… except from Imperials?

Take a look on Inline Tube's website to see if they list a different part number for the 2 sets.

They do.
I've got a thread going on forbbodiesonly and the opinion so far is that the drum brake lines will be fine.
